Overall, my experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. However, the cleanliness of the room upon arrival left much to be desired, as there were crumbs on the floor. Additionally, the service felt uncoordinated and could use improvement. With a little more effort on the staff's part, this could be an amazing place to stay.
